I can not understand any bad reviews remaining about this place. it's simply just wonderful. the only negative thing I am able to say about it can be that the walkway for the beach needs a little bit of love. there are thorns that will Slash you but as long when you view where you step, this shouldn't be a dilemma. or just bend down and pull the little thorn stick things out with the sand and toss them aside. it has everything you need. pots, pans, plates, cups, cooking utensils, and plenty of other kitchen area provides. it was clean and it had been pretty. I will book this very same property for that same time next year. the water in Indian Pass is pretty murky but DO NOT Permit THIS STOP YOU FROM COMING For the AREA! we swam in that water and it absolutely was just as good since the surrounding blue waters. it is very close to many places with clear blue water. cape san blas is right down the road and the water there is pretty. its also a short drive to port st joe and those beaches are breathtaking. you MUST drop by st George island! its also a very short drive from this home and we used many days there.

Liked our stay and loved the beach! The house matched The outline as did the pictures. We loved traveling to the nearby communities from the “Overlooked Coast”.
